Does anybody know if there is any drilling required?? I know most stage 3 kits require drilling but I dunno about stage 1.
Only drilling will be for the mixture screw cap removal. Stage one will be new mains, needles, maybe float height and mixture screw position.
Depends on the bike. My GSXR required drilling with K&N stage 1 kit so I went with a Factory kit instead.
Thats odd, i have a GSXR600 with dynojet(kn) stage 1 and it didn't require any drilling other than the mixture cap covers.
I just received it and by the instructions, you are right, just the mix screws covers. Either way, for $9.99 I can't complain even if I did have to drill.
