hhhmmm.... didn't recieve a bill, but they paid it?????

 

When the Times faxed him a copy of the bill, he paid it. What's the big deal? I've done the same things with other bills.

I'm sure he didn't enjoy paying the excess $1200 in fines.

They probably sent the bill to his NC address. He has not been in the state since he was elected. He lives in the primary states now. A friend of mine was trying to set up an appointment during a trip to DC. He represents the Charlotte Fire Department (the largest city in his state). After receiving no reply he contacted his counter part in New Hampshire. They passed the request to Edwards who said he did not have time as he was campaigning.
