I installed one of these on my 1199 last night and it isn't working. Anyone else using one? I hate to think I got a bad one but I guess it's possible. I can't see any problems with the install, everything is clean and the plugs are firmly seated. I got it from HSBK and I've e-mailed them about it. They're saying it sounds like the antenna isn't reading the key, and I can't disagree, but it's the same key that starts the bike with the OEM switch in place, so I'm sort of stumped.
Resolved this if anyone was watching. Sent it back to HSBK, they sent me another one and it worked fine.
