    I figured it was a mistake but somebody told me once that the Army used to convert chevy smallblocks to diesel in those old Blazers, although I can't find any info on it online.

    They lied. The trucks came with diesels from the factory. They were never gas motors and don't interchange parts with small blocks.

    They used to have a dealership for these car truck things here in chandler AZ across from firebird raceway. Don't see it anymore.
