Last night was “Oh! Look! A skunk!” night. Mama in bed, with me in the bathtub with Kane-9 (aka big red dog) with some dial soap and baking soda, just after midnight. That was not (exactly) a (very) nice way to start International dog day! Retrospectively, he was being a dog!
pomeranian. we just keep him short cause he runs around this farm nearby pretty often and goes outside a lot.
Me and Bo a few weeks ago. He's eyeballing the bumbs just outta camera shot, while I stand on empty baby Vodka bottles for a picture. Bo also found a skunk to play with a few nights ago. 3 baths later, and still smells like a skunk. Not sure what he likes better, rolling in chicken shit,or letting the skunk spray him over and over?
Three years we've lived out here in the boonies... Day one I grabbed a bottle of professional grade skunk shampoo from our sister company, a mobile grooming van company. Knock wood, Dobby's avoided getting skunked, but I've given three or four bottles of skunk shampoo to neighbors. https://www.chewy.com/thornell-skun...vzeJXUF7YKFnV6rekgQYvD1hzfELW7uBoC5X0QAvD_BwE
I have a homemade recipe,I was too lazy to make it. I have several skunks nightly in my back yard.I'm part of their neighborhood tour, and sometimes they get into my chicken coop, then can't get back out . I usually smell them after the electric fence shocks them. I will try that if/when he finds another friend!
I made beans with short ribs in the instant pot this afternoon. The bones turn to crumbles during cooking. Dobby got a couple of those. She fkn LOVES them. We'll both have a farting good time tomorrow.
We have skunks, porcupine and rattlesnakes! We have had our in counters with them all unfortunately! We have found a skunk recipe that works . Dawn , baking soda and peroxide.
