I have a '83 interceptor which I am trying to restore to it's original race condition.If any of you remember an interceptor that ran a "ROBIN EGG BLUE" frame this is the bike in question.I know this is not much to go on but it is a pretty distinctive feature of the bike.This bike is said to have been raced in AMA superbike competition in the early 80's.I am seeking information from anyone who may have raced with this bike who may have photos of it from this era.Also if anyone knows who the rider was!I am also in need of a set of FLATSLIDE CARBS for this bike!Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Did the bike come from Indiana? Does it have the widened rear wheel. I believe it was 18 x 4.5 yellow. Te bike I'm thinking of was at a speed shop around Indy for years and they had a huge file of the work that had been done. If not the same bike good luck in your search, Eboz
