Some internet psycho jackass is screenshoting my daughter's Facebook page with her and my grandson's pictures and saying he will kill her and slit her throat.

Police filed a report and that's it.

This person needs to have a meeting with "Daddy"

Daughter was given a few toys she is comfortable with.

If it's just a one-off I wouldn't worry about it if there's no connection between this Dodd guy and your family, people say shit like "I've got your address" all the time trying to puff themselves up. If it's happened more than once or if there's a chance this guy does actually have some identifying info on your daughter tho I'd take it more seriously.
