I need a free app to export texts

fom my phone into a PDF format. I know there’s stuff that will do it for $$’s, but I’m a cheap bastid.

the Notes app on iPhone has a button for 'Create PDF' in the Share menu. other apps might do the same.

on a Mac, u can turn anything u can print into a PDF. hit print, find the dropdown on the bottom left, and select Save As PDF.

 

I’ll give it a try. I’m really hoping I don’t have to scroll to each page. And yes, this is related to a legal matter that I will not comment on any further.

 

On my android, I used a free email client Textra. I had to select all of the texts and then emailed them to myself, then printed from my email.

 

iOS Safari lets me use 'Create PDF' for this page. if u want a pdf of Facebook or something, maybe try the web version of Facebook instead of using the app.

 

I have to export entire conversations - what a pain

 

TinyScanner - free and works great on my droid. I've used it for a while with zero complaints. Wife uses it on the iphone.

 

I've been using Genius Scan. Take picture and send as pdf.
Works great for receipts and expenses.

On Android, I use SMSplus (or something like that). Backs up texts to Gmail. Generate PDF from there.

 

I’ll give this a try. It’s a royal pain that I have to produce an entire conversation history with someone to parse out privileged, personal and pertinent information.

 

SMS Backup+ Sends all my text to my email. Works good.

 

This is the one I was thinking of. Been using it for years.
