I rode to the Dallass VA yesterday for a a rheumatology check up. I stowed my helmet, gloves and jacket in the saddle bags.

New rheumatologist checks my range of motion in the arms and shoulders. Then in my knees and hips. He slides my left pant leg up, looks puzzled and slides the right pant leg up.

He asks me if I'm having trouble with my ankles. I said, "no."

He asks me, looking as my Sidi boots, "Then why are you wearing these braces?"

It was raining when I left my house this morning and started raining pretty hard about 5 minutes into my 30 minute commute. I was wearing full rain gear, barely even got a drop on me. First question when I got to work, " you rode today??? Didn't you know it was going to rain today?"

Nope. Luckily a Tennis ball yellow suit with relective strips is part of casual friday dress code.
