So right after a new job and a family addition, i decided it was a great time to buy a new house and move. I hauled the missus, baby boy, two dogs and an overflowing house full of crap to the burbs where the AC went out after about 3 weeks. Seems the AC is close to original to the house (~1979) as the furnace isnt much younger so its time to replace. Are there any beeb recommendations for HVAC sales and installation in the MD/DC area? i would like someone who can also assess the house to determine how to heat/cool the sunroom that was added, but not properly connected the heating/cooling.
I recommend cold AC and hot heat...the summers and winters suck in MD!! Sucks you have to bite the HVAC bullet weeks into a new house...good luck!
