He's a world class rider. I forgot the comma after third. I meant that, in addition to the feedback of MM and Dani, they have another world class rider giving them feedback. I just don't think it's fair to say that Stoner is leading the development. He only tests a few times a year for them.

That comparison is not an apples with apples mate, electronics, exhaust system, motor, tyres, and weather also play a major part

 

I agree that's why I gave multiple rounds to eliminate variables like weather to find an average.

Tyres, exhaust, electronics, etc seem to be going in the right direction as I noted....

can you find any race where he has gone slower than last year given similar track conditions? Many of his times last year were record setting.

More like everyone else has caught up, and the 2015 chassis does not give him the feel that the 2014 one did. Now they have obviously modified the 2014 frame to accept the 2015 motor and swingarm, they 'may' be back on track. I seriously do not think his head is stressed about his own abbillity still though!

 

I believe his smile is the gauge that tells that tale.

To perpetuate this idea of his head being loose, I will say that he hasn't been his goofy self on social media, nor has he been posting very much lately.
