How old were you when you guys started racing WERA

Just curious...cause i am getting into it while i am 23...just wanted to see when you guys got started...

I started this year and I turned 39 in May.

Bring on CORC, but I still want to bang with the 600 experts next year . And no Strick, this isn't a mid-life crisis

 

Took my riders school on my 39th birthday.Still going.

I started at 30 because it was the first time in my life that I could afford it. I wanted to for years but was lucky to get a track school or track day with my budget. I'm making up for it now though - Racin', wreckin', rebuildin' my heart out!

 

Same here, but I was 34.

 

I didn't even start riding motorcycles until I was 47. Started racing 3 month later. I pit with a guy that didn't start riding or racing until he was in his mid 50s and now runs white plates.

See, that's the problem..... racing's just like kids, if you wait til you can afford it you'll probably never start.

I was 22 when I started. After the first 2 years it all went downhill
