    Depends on several different variables:

What bike do you ride, do you like to spin it up, are you hard on the front, even different tracks can give different wear, and do you use warmers?

    5 to 8 heat cycles = safe

600cc+ plan on a set per raceweekend, using you old for practice and fresh for race.

    Your milage may vary.

that's pretty much the same advice i got from walt schaefer/michelin tires for their slicks.

Being a poor cheap racer I used mine for two race weekends. That included two friday practices, three 8 lap races and two 15 lap races. Pretty much toast after that. Maybe still good enough to do a slow session of practice early in the day next month.

They still seemed to grip good, but the rubber was getting low in the tread. This was with my 208's. My dragons seem to be holding up the same.
