How do I leave this site?

I would like to eliminate my membership to this forum. I've looked for quite a while and cannot find how to delete my membership.

Would someone please point me in the right direction?

Tried to PM him, I get an error message telling me I'm not allowed to start a conversation with him. Any other ideas?

Submit a formal application (form is at the main page) to BBS HR ( @Paige ) and we suggest two weeks if you want us as a reference for another forum. You will have to sit through a formal exit interview with HR and then I'll kill your ID along with any post you've made within a few weeks.

Should only take 4 to 6 weeks.
