    toeslider Where is Watkinsville?

Will someone measure the length of a stock shift lever linkage rod for me? I have changed the setup on a set of rearset adapter plates on a hawk and needs some measurements. Thanks.

The one on your bike is an F3. The F2 is just a little shorter. 1/2" maybe. Maybe less.

You don't have the old one do ya? How long is the stock rod? Those things were mounted too high for me. I drilled some new holes and moved them down about an inch and forward about 1/2 inch. I can make the old rod work but one that is about 1" shorter will work better.

The stock one was bent when I got the bike. I made thos brakets and used them the whole time I raced it. The F2 is shorter than the F3, and I think the Hawk one was even shorter.

I actually had to shorten that one some to make it work.
