Honda F2 front wheel info

Anyone have a Honda F2 (1994+/-) laying around that would like to give me some measurements.
Much appreciated.

 

What do you need.

Wheel width... the dimension from fork leg to fork leg.
And the width from rotor to rotor.
Amd overall dimension of rotor.
I am seeing if I could use this front wheel/rotor on my FZR400.

 

If you are looking for a 3.5" wheel for the FZR, find a first gen (1994-1995? I think?) YZF600 front wheel. They use the same rotors as the FZR and have the same spacing. You will need new bearings as the YZF axle is 2mm larger (IIRC), or you can make captured spacers to adapt the FZR axle to the YZF bearings. Using captured spacers really simplifies wheel installation.

This all assumes that the FZR400 is identical(ish) to teh FZR600.

87-88 FZr750 and 1000 have the same size axle, so no bearing swap needed.

 

Im surprised no one had told you to use whole front end with triples.
Ive see them on bike from way back.
Or is it you just have a front wheel only?

I have a Honda F2 17" rear wheel that I am going to mount on my FZR400... Want to see if I can use a F2 front wheel so both wheel match...
You know... vanity.

F2 front rotor diameter is 280mm, F3 rotor is 298mm.

 

I have 2 F2 front wheels, both MARVIC.
Collecting dust. Both have old EBC floating rotors.
