So I see lots of event garages and vip garages still available to rent so I hope the turnout will be good so WERA keeps coming up to NJ. Hopefully everyone is just saving a few bucks and pitting in the open since the weather looks really good for this weekend. The VIP Suites (on-site affordable hotel) is sold out Saturday night so that’s a good thing.

I’m hoping people see this as an opportunity to prep and practice for a 2018 Motoamerica Twins entry.... get those LWT bikes out there!

 

I just want to meet Mongo. Maybe he can setup an autograph booth and charge some cash or pies [emoji16]

Job. I finally left the company ive been working at for 20 years. Same trade, just without all the assholes that accompany it. At the govt shops,all that bullshit isnt allowed so its a very serious welcome change of pace.

 

How many guys from georgia,alabama,carolinas came up to support WERA at the jersey round?

 

A good half a dozen from TN.

 

Thats cool.Now was just bad timing for things job-wise,otherwise i was in for v6-v8 races. I didnt check results to see grid sizes,but was hoping they were good enough to help pay bills and have WERA concidering rebuilding the region.

 

Congrats I guess. Fed or state? My britger is a state union guy. The stories he tells. And he's basically clueless himself. I always thought maybe nps or something similar would be nice. But some of those people are goofs too.

 

Thanks,yes its a good thing. Fed. Look at the back of a $50 bill...........there. And,No, you cannot be clueless whatsoever on the job. It was very stringent on the process getting in. You had to really prove you knew the work and how to get it done.

 

Yeah.... When I've briefly looked at nps and Smithsonian stuff they usually want a fairly decent portfolio of knowledge. Then again I know they sub lots of thier conservation work out to specialists.
