Happy Birthday, Ed! Congratulations on surviving another one! Keep up the good stuff, and I look forward to seeing you around, next season! So, how're you celebrating?
To the guy who has helped me and so many others get started and get better in this sport, Happy Birthday & Thank You!!
Happy Birthday Ed. He had a school at Barber on his birthday 10/20. They brought cake in at the end of the class. All the class and many others were there to enjoy the cake. Hope I am still doing crash truck when I get to his age (with the same truck no less ).
Happy B-day Ed! I knew i had made ya proud when i limped up to ya at the GNF and the first words outta your mouth were "damn, youre beginning to look alot like me!" Was great to be there in person to wish the old guy a happy bday on his 60th. Early in the day(before i even knew it was his b-day), as i watched from the wall, while Ed was out with the students, i remember seeing him going into T1 on several occasions breaking the rear tire loose, and even one time looking back as they were coming onto the front straight wondering who the hell was pulling a power wheelie, then when the bike got close enuff for me to see, damned if it wasnt the old guy himself!!!!! I just hope im still around and doing this myself at his age, and hope to be half as good as he is. I WANNA be "that guy!"
Happy B-day Ed! As I posted at the end of Lee's Sponsorship; Thanks for all the great times and memories. Even with the hospital visits and rehab-would'nt miss it for anything.
