I have just finished 15 sets of my CAPTIVE Axle Adjustment Blocks. These fit ALL GSXR models (600-750-1000) for the last 10 years. Price is 65$ (paypal) shipped in the USA. PM me if you want a set as these may be a limited run item. -These blocks are recessed for your axle and feature a set screw to lock the block onto the axle. This allows you to use the block as a handle to remove the axle (after you have pushed it out with your Caliper Tool... of course!) http://forums.13x.com/showpost.php?p=2694111&postcount=71 It also eliminates fumbling around while trying to align the axle with the OEM block with the swingarm. -These blocks extend INSIDE of the swingarm to insure that the axle remains centered in the axle block instead of locating on the tapered end of the axle like the OEM blocks do. CHEERS!!! Corson Piper WMRRA #75
I do indeed sir, same address 30 Konini street Ingelwood 3004 New Zealand How much total Bloody good work mate:up:
If you can mill the extension into the swingarm section out of a set I'll take one. Seems it would limit axle travel fore and aft in the slot.
PM Sent! The limit of axle travel is exactly .125" on either side. If you aren't running at the absolute limit of your axle adjustment, you will have no problem and still have a properly located axle.
Keeping the axle block captive makes rear wheel changes quick and easy. Keeping the axle in the center of the axle block will allow you to use the axle block to accurately measure proper axle alignment. ... These also work on the 2009 Yamaha R1:up:
well... they were built more for function than bling, but the machined finish is pretty shiny Glad you like them:up:
