Well I think the time has come to let this go to a new home. I havent ridden the bike in years and it just sits in my office. 2004 Graves Yamaha R1, ex Jason DiSalvo bike. Still pretty much as raced by the team, I added a Brembo Master cylinder, a slipper clutch and a lightweight lithium battery. Never crashed, no damage. All the Ohlins, all the Graves stuff. I have an entire spare bike available as well but it's a rolling chassis right now, have everything to assemble minus an exhaust.
Spare bike on the left as it sits right now. White/Red/Black Valencia paint scheme on Sharkskinz bodywork. Harris fairing stay. Wood craft clipons, Graves rearsets, Ohlins Steering dampener, Steel front brake lines, new Vesrah pads, CRG levers. Power Commander, Stock suspension. Engine is out-unknown condition. Have stock header but no pipes. Have extra rims, swingarms, gauges, Woodcraft resets. Lots of hardware, axles, cables. Will be legal for modern vintage classes soon!
Wow!! I so wish I could get my hands on this. Any info on how fresh this motor is?? How do you store a bike like this surely it needs race fuel which is not good for storage for sure.
I drain all fuel from the entire bike since its stored in my office. Pull out the battery. I'll have the bike prepped if the new owner wants.
