Is there anything fancy about this gasket. Is it rubber? Is the same material as most gaskets? I sometimes buy the rolls/sheets of gasket material and use them in places where they seal oil, like a distributor gasket or a case/clutch cover. Would this same material hold up in a gas seal? I know the seal on my GSXR is a giant rubber o-ring. Anywho, fuel sender on the ninja 250 is leaking and I havent pulled the tank yet to check the seal. I did order a replacement off partzilla though.
