FS: Two Ninja 250 Race/Track Bikes + Spares

For sale are two Kawasaki Ninja 250s set up and ready to race in Sprint and/or Endurance classes. Both bikes, a 2012 and 2009 model, are eligible for 250 Superstock and other small bike classes. The package includes front and rear stands for both bikes, a set of spare wheels with rotors, a spare engine, lots of spare parts and 520 gearing for both bikes.

The two bikes can interchange the bodywork (freshly painted by David Hildebrand), tanks, wheels, sprockets and virtually everything else. Both engines are stock for maximum reliability, and both are tuned for 93 octane pump gas. Brand new paintwork, windscreens, grips and batteries on both bikes.

Both bikes have RaceTech emulator kits in the forks. The 2009 model has a Penske rear shock, while the 2012 has a stock rear shock along with a GSX-R shock that the previous owner was going to install. Both bikes have K&N duplex pod filters, and the carbs on both bikes have jet kits that carburete well. Both bikes have Vortex clip-ons, adjustable rear sets and front brake guards. They have steel braided front brake lines in the front, and the rear brake reservoirs have been removed and replaced with HRC tubing.

One tank is set up for sprints with a keyless gas cap, while the other has been set up for endurance with the stock internal nozzle stop removed and a stock cap modified for faster opening and closing. The 2009 model has a full M4 exhaust system, and the 2012 has a full no-name eBay pipe that seems to work well. The white wheels currently have Braking brand rotors mounted front and rear.

Both bikes come with steering dampers and rain lights (one is rechargeable, one is hard-wired) ready to mount. Spares include lots of rear set parts, levers, front master cylinder and caliper, Vortex gas cap, front fairing bracket, new RK chain, windscreen and oil filters, as well as a set of Pit Bull TRS mounting pins for one bike.

For whoever buys this package, I will have a custom set of number backgrounds made and installed on both bikes in either white or yellow, depending on your needs.

Both bikes come with bills of sale only. The 2012 model is a Texas bike, so you may be able to request a duplicate title. The 2009 bike started life on the East Coast the best I can tell. Getting an out-of-state title is not impossible, but hard. Both bikes are track-only at this time in their lives.

This package is great for an individual or team that wants to race endurance and sprints, with a lot of parts and pieces to interchange between bikes.
