Here is a description of the KLX not including all of the spares. 2008 KLX 140L/ 173 Big Wheel CMRA will allow up to 175cc air cooled motor in the Formula 5. The motor is a 173cc stroked motor. To build the motor alone would be $3000+. No Kidding.
