I know this may not be post worthy, but i opened a letter today from WERA that said i was getting advanced to Expert! Probably the same letter another 50 guys received, but i felt like the only one! I was so excited; i scanned it and sent it to my dad. Why, i don't know. I could have just called, but i felt i needed proof. It just felt good! At 42, i take my small victories wherever i can get them. Looking forward to the challenge of being at the back of the pack again! Learning from you guys! Good Stuff! William
Hey, do me a favor. Make copy of it, whiteout your name and write in Putters(hell, you could even use Crayon, he won't notice), and send it to him. Maybe it will cheer him up enough and make him feel not so old. Then, maybe he'll stop trying to relive his youth through stupid acts like atending Gwar concerts....
