Fork Spacer size

    i have seen many different things about the spacer size in SV forks. Not knowing anthing about this stuff, what is the staring point for me to cut the spacer lenght.

    A rule-of-thumb for cutting spacers: with the fork extended and everything in the fork except the caps the spacer should be flush with the top of the fork tube. However you figure out the length of the spacer after you completely assemble the bike get in leathers and other gear and measure the sag and redo spacer if needed.

    Do a search on SV forks, all the SV setup info has been posted many times.

    This method gave the perfect sag for me.
