i have seen many different things about the spacer size in SV forks. Not knowing anthing about this stuff, what is the staring point for me to cut the spacer lenght.
How to measure sag: http://www.racetech.com/articles/SuspensionAndSprings.htm A rule-of-thumb for cutting spacers: with the fork extended and everything in the fork except the caps the spacer should be flush with the top of the fork tube. However you figure out the length of the spacer after you completely assemble the bike get in leathers and other gear and measure the sag and redo spacer if needed.
