What do you guys use for sliders? I've heard of skateboard wheels or axle spacers being used. I bought a set from UFO, but would love to entertain other options

I bought a long chunk of 1.5" diameter UHMW rod and cut 1/2" thick slices, which I then fasten to the foot pegs with screws or safety wire. I welded a little strap to the bottom of the foot peg and screwed the UHMW disk to it on an old YZ 80, that seemed to work ok.

Yes - I thought so? Some tracks make you do it to save the asphalt.

If it works it works. As long as it's plastic and slides

You can buy some from toxic moto for $20 bucks if you don't want to spend time making them.

I had a bent left foot peg and got some UFO sliders. They did not fit too well, but I made them work. Tested them out at Bushnell and did not fall off. :)
