My wife and I are debating on making the move from SC Pennsylvania to the flathead Valley in Montana, specifically the Kalispell area. We have visited it twice and really liked the area. We are into the outdoor lifestyle so it suites us well. My days of riding the track are done so having a racetrack close by are non concerning. Unfortunately it seems housing in the last year has skyrocketed, so wondering if anyone living in the area could give us some guidance.
