72AF346B-3203-4F27-9BF0-9DE3BCDAF336.jpeg Got a nice fire pit area but need some ideas for seating. Would like something that can sit out there all year, so durable to the weather. Thinking heavy lumber, stone, brick, etc. Not lawn or patio chairs.

    Who’s got some ideas?

Just my opinion but if i had to sit of a brick chair i'd say fuck it and lay on the ground. I wanna be comfortable. Give me an old rocking chair and i'll be passed out by that fire till mornin.

Stone isn't comfortable to sit on.
I would be reluctant to invest in large,
heavy benches around a fire pit because
people will want to move closer or farther away.

I was actually thinking 4-6 Adirondack chairs would be nice.

I am planning a hexagon of 6x6s for mine and then swinging benches in between every other post pair. Definitely something flexible/ w. Options, because wind -smoke influence

@Gorilla George wants to know what's up with that line in the pavers running from the top right of the picture to the bottom left, right through the middle of the fire pit? It's driving him nuts looking at that picture.

How big is that area? Adirondacks fit on that back side? Hard to judge, but it looks small.

    Stamped concrete, I'm guessing.

It’s stamped concrete and it’s quartered ya blind bastards. There’s another line running across perpendicular but it’s not so prominent due to the angle.
