I still go to the drive in. It's the only movies I go to anymore.

Still haven't paid the cable bill, huh?

 

I didn't say I watched movies, I said I go there. I park on the back row with the wife.

We live to far out. they ran out of cable before they got to us so it doesn't come down my (dirt) road. Besides, I never got that movie they want to charge me for. Do look like th ekind of guy that would get cable porn?

 

I hope nothing is "coming down your dirt road".

 

I am always the big spoon. It's sort of a rule.

 

Going to the drive-in is the only time you have a good reason for putting someone in your trunk.

grains - check (there's gotta be some sort of flour or grain of some sort used in the funnel cake)

I've never heard of them either. Our hamburger scene is dominated by larger regional and national chains around here. Hot dog places have a niche and there are lots of BBQ options. But I'm stumped on burgers.

 

As a sidebar here, the NC State Fair opens in Raleigh today, for an 11-day run. The featured Fair Food they've been talking about on the TV stations this year is deep-fried brownies, and cupcakes in the shape of hotdogs. Interesting concept for sure. Also they'll have deep-fried Kool-aid, and some stations mentioned deep-fried bubblegum, though I'm not sure how in the hell you eat that.
