What I continue to find so sad about our societal development is that, as long as we continue to throw skin color into every aspect of life as we do, we will never advance toward becoming the simple label of "Americans." If we could do that there would no longer be the need for organizations like the NAACP or any other race based organizations.

What is also sad is that this woman is apparently so ashamed of her real ancestry, and so desperately wants to be another, she is willing to try to fool everyone including herself.

It gets very tiresome trying to deal with all this BS everyday of our lives.

This must be the stupidest news story of the week. If I were the NAACP I would've fired her and kept it quiet. Now they look like they don't even know how to tell one of their own from a honky!

 

I watched an interview of one of her brothers this morning. She clearly has some deep-seated family issues.
