   Every throttle tube I've ever seen has a small lip or ridge on the inside edge.
   
   Every aftermarket grip I've ever seen doesn't have a slit inside of it to slide over that edge.
   
   What do you guys do?

   Cut the lip off the throttle tube with an exacto knife.
