Does anyone remember the movie?

Where the rich punks killed this guys dog and he enacted revenge on them and their crappy families?

Was just on a week ago. He digs up the dog and take it to their house when they won't admit what they did. One of the kids was kind of good but the brothers were all really bad. Pushed by the their dad.
