Well you are very lucky at 180 so at least you have that going for you. Could be a lot worse no matter how good of a dad you are. One suggestion if it’s not too late, depending on kids age try to do full weeks or at least full school weeks. It’s a lot easier on the kids at least for the first while.

Thanks Dave, much appreciated. It’s great to say that when I kinda bottomed out, a great group of my racer friends came together and picked me back up. It really was a testament to some folks here.
