I had not heard of them before so went to their website. I almost puked when I read their mission statement. Talk about corporate buzzword bingo... "Damon Motorcycles is a disruptive automotive technology company causing a paradigm shift for safer, smarter motorcycling" I think I threw up in my mouth a little bit. Do people actually read that and think that it sounds good?
Don’t know about their production capability but the tech is legit and seems they have some decent bits in them. I really like the styling but who knows how it actually handles. If it all comes to fruition I think $25k is not too crazy at this point and time with e bikes., I’d love to ride one.
The opposite point of riding a motorcycle, is to not pay attention??? Never through my leg over a bike and think I need 20 different sensors to make me not be distracted. I have one sensor, it's called a brain not wanting to crash. Chances are while your reading and looking down at all your safety cameras you are going to hit a semi head on or fly off a cliff. But technology is so great you don't have to have common sense anymore so its safe and moving foward to the future.
