Customer service, a zero thought process.

    So, I place an order for Puig adjustable brake and clutch levers.
    This items comes in three pieces, (for each side):
    - Lever Mount
    - Foldable Lever
    - Adjustable end piece

    I also order a Kaoko throttle lock and touring windscreen.

    They ship the windscreen and brake lever extension in one box and the remainder of the order in a separate box.

    But here is the kicker, they cancel the brake & clutch levers.

    What am I supposed to do?
    No one thinks anymore.

    Now, I have to further inconvenience others to check up on return labels and to ship the items back on my behalf.

    And, if this is the price I pay for trying to save money via an online superstore, hold on.
    A few weeks back, I place the order for the Puig brake and clutch lever system from the local AD and they got back to me last week with, we received two clutch levers.

    There I vented.
