Custom Printed Base Layer?

I normally wear under armour heat gear tights/long sleeves under my leathers and I'm looking to get something custom printed on similar material. I saw a post with a company offering something like this and now I cannot find it. Anyone have a good source?

You used to be able to have Nike Pro gear with lettering on it, but I don't know about logos.

I was always worried about the quality of the other stuff.....curious to hear how your experience goes!
