Comcast sucks

I'm fed up with the TV service but the internet service rocks. Removing my TV service raises my internet bill by $25/month which is BS.

Is there a single site I can go to see what other options I have for highspeed access?

ATT online can't find my address and the customer service wait was 30 minutes only to talk to someone who couldn't speak English.

They have a limited-basic package of cable tv for like $9 a month, its only about 24 channels. Having it, even if you don't use it gives you a discount on the cable modem, er... only raises it by $9 instead of $25 Its what I do.
