    Based on tracking lines, I'd say the rider in the white leathers was carrying more speed and went out into the other rider causing him to crash.

    Looks like the dude in black out braked himself to keep from getting passed, got it too hot, went a tad wide and let the dude in white under him, tried to bring it back in and the guy in white was already powering out... *shrug*
