The good, you get back $2200 from the federal government in the form of a tax credit.

Wouldn't you be able to run your tire warmers from one?

    No need for a gennie.

That's a plus but a kinda expensive one.

Keep em coming,I've seen a few new ones around for the about the same price if not cheaper then a standard Silverado in the same trim.

My wife has an escalade hybrid. She gets about 17.5 to 18 miles per gallon. I would bet that a typical non-hybrid gets no better than 14 mpg. 3.5 mpg doesn't sound like much, however, do the math and you will see it is a pretty big difference. Plus, with getting back the $2200 (if new purchase) you will make up the money pretty quickly.

Would rather buy the ford f150 with the eco boost. Similar mileage but a better overall truck.

I would rather walk than own anything from Government Motors.

Buy a Ford and you can have that walk with a busted transmission to keep you company!
