Steve, I have an old racing buddy (in the Northwest, not in Alaska) who has gotten a 250 for the street and had the engine built by a guy in Canada, but he’s having trouble getting it to run properly. Any suggestions on somebody who knows Can Ams who can help him?
Neil Pooler is a great choice. He tried to help me but I got distracted with other projects. I think Doug Gropp is the real guru. I’m pretty sure he lives in Canada. I think he was really sick when I was talking to him years ago. Hopefully he is doing well now. There is also a go kart guy in California that works on the Rotax karts but I can’t remember his name.
I'm getting really serious about selling this thing. Make me an offer. Also, I get lots of questions about the expansion chamber. There is a handmade expansion chamber and silencer included. Made by Framecrafters. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2009-Can-Am-175/224290031531
