I don't see that as the judge saying the birth certificate is or isn't legit, simply that he can't unseat the President. Does that mean there could be some merit to the claim??
With or without merit, Obama is President and will be, absent an untimely demise, until at least January 2013. That isn't going to change. I seriously doubt that birth certficate issue wasn't checked thoroughly before the primaries. Had there been any validity to the claim, do you seriously think Hillary wouldn't have exploited it during the primaries?
Nothing to do with the merit of the complaint from what I understand: This isn't the 1st judge to tell this crazy Taitz lady to quit wasting the court's time. She is bats&*t insane.
Don't ge tme wrong, I'm not saying I think it's true or that anything is going to come of it. I just find it kind of interesting that the judge didn't slap her down more along the lines of "First off, your case has no merit. Secondly, even if it did, the process for removing ...". Maybe it's nothing at all, I just found what I'll call the lack of response somewhat interesting.

She then accused him of being part of the conspiracy.
