Big ol' indictment in Chicago

I'm referring to OTT On The Throttle linked at the bottom of this article where Kevin Hanson lists himself as VP of Sales and Marketing.

It is on the throttle , Kevin was part of that for a little bit

 

I've been involved in OTT since about OTT 1.1 and I never new Kevin to be involved. I think that was wishful thinking.

Actually he was involved , not in a huge way but they were trying to put a studio in his shop. it was in 2008 and 2009

 

In the idictment the OTT they are referring to is Russell Ott. I know Kevin was involved with On The Throttle but no idea if this has anything to do with that. When I first browsed through it I thought the same thing. I will read through it a bit more tonight. I am more curious what this alleged scam is in detailN but just a brief read of it it didn't seem too foolproof if the facts stated are indeed proven true in court.

 

Most of my work was remote but I did visit the Redwood City Studio when they built that, which was 2010 maybe. Never heard his name mentioned. I stand corrected :up:

I will say that Dave Williams, Dave Moss, Dave Bertinelli, and Chris Matye busted their ASS on OTT. Matye is the only one left, chugging along...

Golfed with a well respected defence lawyer today, he browsed over the indictment and said "I could ethically not turn it down but I would not want that case, I hope the DA is sympothic to a plea deal"

 

Makes me wonder what they were doing asking the riders to pay for seats, if they had all that money....

 

"LIBERTY CYCLE" found tax guilty after 2008 election...
