Best places for leather repair?

I'm in Maryland. Looking at getting my gloves and boots repaired:

Gloves -- the stitching has loosened in some of the fingertip areas to expose a small hole in at least one finger. I have the RS Taichi GP EVO gloves.

Boots -- the leather over the instep area is very abraded on one boot versus the other. I have the Sidi Vertigos. Thinking repairing the leather is a lost cause. Pic attached.

Motoliberty will send the gloves to SpeedSportz leather in Arkansas. I've been to amandas shop and shes amazing. She had Josh Hayes and Cam Petersens suits there repairing them when I stopped by last month to have my suit altered.
