Did they release the 2020 helmets? I need a new helmet or two as mine are going out of date and have become very fond of the Bell Race Star line. It seems like they are still showing the same helmets from last year? Did they just not change anything or are the new versions not out yet? On a separate note, anyone have feedback on the 6d line? I like the innovation but have never had the chance to try one on let alone hold one. How do they fit? Sizing similar to Bell?
according to my local bike shop Bell has expanded their retailer base... They dont have much stock but anything Bell offers they can get. Was going to do some helmet shopping later this year. Perhaps start there...
It seems they just launched a small number of new graphics for 2021. I'm a die-hard Bell user too and was waiting on a new helmet in case there was a more substantial update, but I think we've just got the ol' faithful design.
i’ve got a couple of bells and i love them. the transition shields are awesome. fit and finish are great. you wouldn’t even know it was $1000 cheaper than my full carbon AGV with them right next to each other
The lifting thing he talks about is not something I see talked about a lot. So, I expect there are ways to mitigate it. I feel he could have, at least, ran it with the vents closed to see if that was the actual cause. For a full review. But, he didn't feel the need to, and I understand with track time limited. Just, feels like a missed opportunity to prove, or disprove, a theory.
