Baton Rouge pressure washing and yard work

anyone know someone who can pressure wash some concrete and do some yard cleanup (weeding) on a house in Baton Rouge, a friend who lives in New Orleans has an empty house in Baton Rouge, they are trying to sell.

Nobody knows someone that can do pressure washing near Baton Rouge, LA? I can't believe that the BBS can let a question go unanswered. Someone I know is trying to sell a house, needs the concrete drive and sidewalk washed and maybe an hour or two of yard cleanup, remove some weeds.
