   Am installing a Penske triple with a 475 spring. I weigh 195. Forks are raised 5mm.
   
   Anyone have a good baseline setting for the rear? Rebound, LCD, HCD and ride height?

   thanks. red rebound nut at the bottom won't turn in either direction. anyone know why?
