Barber practice? Mongo?

    I'm trying to get my pre-entries done for the month of April and need to know about Barber practice Friday before the weekend. Is there one? By whom, WERA? How much? Can I just go ahead and send in my form with $90 for the practice and make up the difference (if any) at the track?
