She wasn't charged with raping a minor.
So, as you assume she forced her dripping clam on him because she was sitting alone with him, I assume she didn't because she wasn't charged. She likely had an inappropriate make-out session with him that was stopped before it got worse. And no - "Circumstances" is not evidence enough, that's fucking bat-shit. You cannot charge someone with minor rape because they were fogging up the windows.

I am not excusing her behavior or saying it is a-okay because she has a slit instead of a dick. I'd say the same thing if it were an older male with a 17 year old female.

Funny you should mention trolling and French toast. The troll held the exact opposite position in a discussion about the (very substantiated) rumors about the French president and his now-wife, high school teacher.

 

Use your admin powers and change name to "The Troll" LOL. You might have to start a numbering system with "The Troll" names. IE "The Troll 1", "The Troll 2" or something similar in format

 

I'm not talking about charging anyone with anything, I thought I made it clear that the court-level evidence you seem to think is needed is not needed to make a safe assumption about what was going on. Most of the time, things are what they look like, and parking in a secluded place with a student looks like she was screwing around with him. It would be unlikely that "nothing was going on".
And if she were an older male with a 17 year old female and the cops rolled up on them in that situation I am sure things would have gone much differently.
