I started the day being able to take 3 steps (using a 4-legged walker), ended the day taking 15. People were high fiving and cheering and shit.

Brutal episode last night. Tried taking a dump, tried standing up and couldn't get beyond the 45 degree angle.

F@ck, Gonna have to call my kid to help me out, I can't reach down and pull up my draws or short and I don't even know if I need to wipe my ass! You know how much pain you can take when that's the combo.

Got straightened up somewhat, Turned on the shower, got it warm and got in until everything loosened up. Weird, I had never had issues in that area of my back before.

I made it past the clock halfway down the hall before I had to turn back.

The clock was my milestone because just before the close is a guys room who is younger than me and only had one joint replaced, and he hasn’t even gotten out of bed

So I wanted to do walk past his room because fuck him.
