arai re-certification

hi.... does anyone know how to contact arai? I need to send back my helmet to get checked out but can't find anything on their website. I've sent them a message but have not heard back from them in a couple of days.

yeah I sent an online form email it took like 3wks for them to respond. definitly call them, I worked with a guy name Duane and he was fairly responsive to my emails.

yea good luck with the email or snail mail. I found i just find a arai rep a the next races in the little for sale area with the tents and stuff like at AMA rounds. They have all the parts you need right on the spot.
